CNY update

Nowadays school work very busy… alot of reports to rush. Very tired…. hopefully can soong soong graduate.

Did gyfm for 10-20 mins ( not everyday but almost) – can feel some force pressing down my crown charka. sometime have sometime dun have. Chest area sometime pain sometime dun pain.

DG – one time on the tuesday after gyfm – not much action with the fire hand sign then my fingers start to move.

homework – OMPH left with about 70 malas. finishing soon….. YES Ar~
